Chairman Profile

Toyoharu Nakatani

Born December 1956 in Nara Prefecture (currently residing there). Father of one son and one daughter.
Attended Osaka City University (now Osaka Metropolitan University) – Science PhD Program (withdrawn).
Worked at Tobishima Construction Technical Research Institute, engaged in internal consulting for dam, tunnel, and surface construction sites.
Rock/geology expert with extensive construction experience. Specialist in landslide disasters. Rich experience in construction site safety management.
After working at Hanshin Consultants’ Technical Development Department, left corporate life to become independent.
Founded Keystone Co., Ltd. in 1991. Started survey and inspection work using rope access techniques.
Established the Society of Rope Access Techniques in 1997 to promote the technology.
